Green beans from the garden

For the reasons we know, this summer the garden is giving us a great amount of vegetables. My two lines of green beans are producing very well and we are having enough of eating them every days... 
Let' s save for the winter, maybe to have with a good dish of stew!

I cleaned and washed about 1 kg of green beans, put 1 lt of white vinegar in a pot with 2 glasses of water and a pinch of salt. I cooked the beans al dente and layed down on a cotton cloth covered with an other to dry. 
The day after I put extra virgin olive oil, red and black pepper, origanon in a jar and filled it with the dryed green beans. 
Store in a cool place.
