Panna cotta

Panna cotta 

My little kids love panna cotta and everything that is made with chocolate.
I just did not want to use icinglass made with pigs' parts, so instead I used agar-agar seaweed powder as thickner.

Here is the recipe for 6 to 8 small moulds:

1/2 liter of cream, 2 spoons of icing sugar, 24 gr of agar-agar seaweed.
Put the cream in a pot with the sugar and the thickner. With a low fire leave it cook for few minutes, stirring often.
Prepare your moulds, pour the cream in and leave them cool.

You can prepare some chocolate cream as topping using a bar of dark chocolate melted with two spoons of butter.
