Gluten free muffin with black rice flour and melone ice-cream!





These muffins are very simple to prepare.
Get 4 eggs, 100 gr of black rice flour, 100 gr of sugar.
Separate the yolks to the whites. Wipp the yolks with the sugar until you get a soft cream, in another bowl wipp the whites. Add the flour to the yolks and fold, then add the whites and fold gently.
Fill muffin moulds for 3/4 and put in the hot oven for about 10 minutes at 180°
No chocolate, only black rice to get this color.
