Per preparare questo pranzo speciale abbiamo messo in gioco la nostra carriera sia io che Enrico.. :)
I commensali erano tutti di una certa elevatura gastronomica e sbagliare il coniglio fritto ci poteva essere fatale...

Anche se non abbiamo potuto fotografare tutti i piatti vi assicuriamo che il risultato è stato egregio con tanto di applauso, che  ci ha permesso di tirare un sospiro di sollievo.

E poi guardate che antipasto tanto semplice quanto sfizioso!

Peccato che non abbiamo potuto fotografare la bella sala imbandita, preparata da Laura, ma vi facciamo vedere questo, di cui è rimasta la prova fotografica ma non le briciole..

Gluten free emotions

These are the only pictures I had the time to shot today while preparing lunch for a lovely family!

These pictures are simple, as simple are the nicest things of life: when somebody thanks you because you cooked exactly the same food for all and nobody noticed that it was Gluten Free...

 

 

 

Or.. as a little girl thanks you for the taste of her simple pasta with tomato sauce although 

she is not able to chew due to her disease..

Emotions go through the kitchen beyond any payment...

Tribute to life

I wasn't sure it was the right moment to post ... 

But we go on independently on how some crazy people want to influence our lives. 

 

Awaiting for a definite change of system, this is my modest tribute to all that have lost their lives some days ago, but also to all innocents that lost their lives in the past.

The BBQ man!

I'm not a fan of the barbecue, but I can really say this barbecue made the party really amazing!

The meat was tender and simply delicious, from my favorite butcher.

But the most of the most was the BBQ Man, Claudio, that knew perfectly how to deal with each piece of meat!

 

Carolina, Jon and the family were impressed! And I was soo deeply grateful and happy !
